Families in Action will strengthen education leadership diversity by giving families the tools and support they need to help rebuild our schools and reimagine education. 

• We will leverage the lessons learned during this pandemic, the lived experiences of our families, and the richness of a peer network that can inspire and empower families to act. 
• We will build a culture of diversity and inclusion where families feel a sense of belonging and that they can make a contribution and an impact. 
• We will amplify the voices of families and augment their capacity to advocate and mobilize for changes and challenge the status quo in all our schools, especially in underserved communities. 
• We will partner with schools to support student learning by providing support, services, and professional development.
